[EN] The present action-research project in progress deals with the production and evaluation of “identity texts” (Cummins & Early, 2011) from EFL students in the context of a specific subject within the major of English Teacher in Primary Education at the Faculty of Education of the Universitat de València. This project is part of a larger “Innovation in education” project, whose main objective is to promote the use of identity texts as the key strategy of the “teaching for linguistic transfer” approach (Cummins, 2005b).
